You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return and request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1.Item Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
2.Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your order details, including the order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
3.Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address or label, if applicable.
Refund Process
•Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
•If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days usually 5-10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
•Certain items may not qualify for a refund due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, etc.). These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product listing.
